The Rhode Island Welcome Center is located on I-95 North from Connecticut between exits 2 and 3 in Richmond. The center is open seven days a week, year-round. The Welcome Center is fully equipped with rest stop services and is an excellent place to gather brochures and literature on all of the state's tourism destinations.
